Thanks for the supportive comments. I have gotten plenty of interest on the non-scale bodies from Mr. Cox (thanks for your input, Charles), but others have also voiced interest to make it somewhat feasible. I can do both scale and non-scale, but I will likely concentrate on scale body shells. I've kicked around the idea of an R15 as the first non-scale body shell to fit the LLK mechanism. The good news is that the scale shells will have IHP mechanisms to power them wherever possible. The R16/R27/R30 cars will all be available as shells only or as powered, ready to finish models. We're designing the frame for them right now and you'll see some completed models (hopefully for sale, too!) at the October meet.
